Organization Profile Onboarding

The organization onboarding process requires the setup of some base details to get you started. These details include setting the business name, ABN, your role, and the WHS Jurisdiction, and details to see if you fall under UCT protection.

Why this works this way

Australian WHS law isn’t uniform — most states and territories share a harmonised WHS Act and Regulations, but the specific rules, terminology, and regulator you’ll deal with are set by your jurisdiction. That’s why WHS Jurisdiction is a required field: it determines which rules apply to your SWMS, risk assessments, and incident notifications. Currently only New South Wales and Queensland are supported.
