Troubleshooting & FAQs
Section titled “Troubleshooting & FAQs”- Q: Why are some registers showing below 100% compliance? A: Compliance rates are calculated based on valid, approved, and non-expired records. For example, a chemical with an expired Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or a training record past its expiry date will lower the compliance rate.
- Q: My export failed or timed out. What should I do? A: Ensure you have selected a reasonable date range. If exporting ‘All Registers’ for a large site, try exporting individual registers one by one.
